Our staff is bright, pleasant, and generally invested in bettering your relationship with cannabis. To become part of our team, you must be an excellent listener with the drive to help a diverse and dynamic patient group.
At Arbors Wellness, we hope to provide professional, caring consultations to all of our patients. People in these consultation positions must be capable of dealing with a high volume of diverse patients. These consultants need to be informed about medicating with cannabis, but also exceptional listeners focused on the needs of each individual patient. Although many of our consultants are full-time, we have several part-time consultants as well.
We hope to put a pleasant face on the cannabis industry, so it is essential to have a friendly, helpful receptionist as the first point of contact for most of our patients. Answering the phones, updating our menus, and checking in patients make up most of the required tasks; however, receptionists also mitigate the patient flow and help maintain a line of communication between the management staff, caregivers, and vendors.
